USER FRIENDLINESS

Despite the massive size (we have nearly 500 screens of data) and underlying technology (we have extensive security, virus protection and redundant backup capabilities) of the site we strive to be "user friendly." To this end we have pop-up summary descriptions of all links and buttons plus online help. In addition we have an e-book manual, which combines sample screen displays with an explanation of each field. We suggest that each registered user print out a copy for his/her use.
